From
Down and Out to Up and Coming: The Legend of Rent-A-Husband®
RENT-A-HUSBAND® is the brainchild of Kaile Warren, a veteran
contractor and native of Cumberland, Maine. The company was founded
when Kaile was at an all-time low in his life. A debilitating car accident
had left him unable to run his small construction business, and every
day, he was falling deeper into debt. Eventually, he would lose his
home, his car and everything he owned. His marriage failed and Kaile,
then homeless, was forced to move into an abandoned warehouse on the
waterfront in Portland, Maine. One sleepless night, Kaile prayed for
a break. That is when the name Rent-A-Husband® For those
jobs that never get doneTM, came to him along with the concept
of an organized, national brand-name home repair and maintenance service.
Passion, tenacity, and strategic developments have propelled Rent-A-Husband®
from its humble beginnings to a unique franchise enterprise that is
experiencing explosive growth.
